"I needed a cleaner for a deep clean for moving out. I when I arrived to my old place she was very kind and courtesy. Had a big smile as she greeted me. She cleaning by herself, but she was more than half way done already. The oven and refrigerator looked brand new. The rest of the place looked great as well. "We had three estimates and Roger was our clear choice because he noticed so many important things that needed fixing that the other two missed. His higher level of expertise was obvious. This work included many projects, involving a tremendous amount of labor. It took several weeks to totally complete. Roger offered suggestions for our front steps, which could have been left as concrete but we decided to splurge and use our favorite rock as an overlay. We special ordered Morton Gneiss (rock) from Coldspring for the step overlays and the buttress caps, in addition to the special order of two colors of brick for the buttresses. We personally researched and chose the rock and the brick. Roger has the experience and expertise to know what should be done and how best to do it. We enjoyed meeting and working with Roger and his crew. He has the most amazing crew of extremely experienced and expert workers. We can't say enough good things about Curtis, Chris, and Chaz. Their work was remarkably meticulous and skilled and showed the pride they take in it. In addition, they are very personable and courteous. They tidied up before leaving each day. If they came upon unforeseen problems, they discussed them with us and then fixed them, some at no extra charge. They even prepared a base and moved the two former heavy concrete buttress caps to our boulevard to use as a walkway at no charge. As a potential customer, if Roger doesn't get back to you right away, don't give up because he does return calls and he is most definitely worth the wait. He is extremely busy and we feel very fortunate that he was the contractor for our project."

"I had them out a few years ago to do $650.00 in tuck-pointing on my chimney since it was causing water intrusion into my basement. Their work started failing at the end of 2024 so I called them to see how much they stand behind their work and if they can at least inspect it to see what other issues the chimney may have. They never called or emailed me back so it all felt like a scam for them to get some quick cash with a half-hearted ‘fix’ when they did the tuck-pointing."

"It went great! They got me in at the last minute which I really appreciated! They were friendly and courteous throughout the process. Communication was good - received an email indicating probable time of the service and received a call the day of service letting me know they were on their way. They completed the job and left everything cleaned up. (I have an old home with lots of gutters and quite a bit of height.) They also gave me advice on gutter covers which I asked about. I have used them in the past and I have not been disappointed. Give them a try! :)"
