"This is at least the third time Mark has cleaned and treated my roof and I have been pleased with the work every time.  On the first visit he installed OSHA-required safety items on the roof but that was a one-time expense because it can be used each time someone goes up there. In addition, they power-washed my deck using some sort of detergent and it came out so beautiful I was astounded.  Had planned to have a new deck built this summer but now I don't need to.
