They were very responsive to my phone calls and e-mails, and we agreed on an estimate and date for the work to be completed. They arrived on time and completed all of the work in one day. While working, they suggested some repairs to the gutters that would help to prevent future damage. I agreed to the additional work and the additional charge for materials and labor. I am very satisfied with the work done by the Wheeler Brothers, particularly in the areas of responsiveness, competence, and price. "After two failed General Contractors I brought Rez Electric on-board to add a screened-in porch on the third level of my home. Rob and his Team immediately and showed me problems with the new build as well as the existing structure. Due to exceptionally poor workmanship on both the new and original structure, it took almost two years and a lot of money to complete the renovations. Rob and his Team were diligent, provided high-quality work and NEVER GAVE UP! At the end of the day, Rez Electric practically rebuilt our home including, but not necessarily limited to, framing, all new windows and doors (including sliders), all new siding (cement board), new front and rear porches and a new patio, new flat roof-top decks, new lighting, millwork, whole-home generator, dry-wall work and painting (interior & exterior) - plus an awesome screened in porch (the original project!). Rob also coordinate the addition of gutters, landscaping and fencing. He remained in constant contact, initiated and returned phone-calls, emails and texts. He always check to see if we were satisfied. Rob and his Team restored my faith in contractors."
