"Tao did an excellent job of re-finishing our floors. We had a move-in deadline, which he was able to meet. Tao was very detailed in explaining what his crew would do, the sequencing of the coats of poly and how long before the floors could be walked on. He also gave us advice on ongoing care of the floors, which was helpful. His crew was friendly and worked hard to help us meet our deadline. They also did a good job cleaning up after themselves. "After seeing the fantastic job that Sasha and his team at WELES US FLOORING did refinishing the floors in my son's home we decided to get him to come out and give us a quote. In this day and age we were pleased to see that Sasha responded to our initial contact promptly, and arrived at our home exactly when promised. We found Sasha to be courteous and professional. We requested that Sasha give us a quote to refinish the floors in our large family room, our kitchen, the eat-in area, bathroom and hallway. He clearly explained what the process would entail, provided written explanations of the process and materials used, and made suggestions without making us feel pressured. After he left we decided that we would also like to have our ceramic tile entryway removed and replaced to match the rest of the adjacent wood flooring. (It was a "now or never" decision.)
