Exterior trim covers the removal and installation of all types of siding ranging from vinyl, fiber cement, cedar, wood siding, etc. We specialize in the removal and installation of windows and doors. We also specialize in replacing shingle roofs. We don't stop there, we also install deck flooring along with handrails and columns made of all types of materials. Once we have installed your siding and other trim then we go ahead and paint/stain anything that we have installed for you or that has already been installed for an additional price. Ruben Construction has been operating since 2005 with Ruben Chacon being the owner with over 20 years of experience on the field. You can rest assure that we are going to make sure that the proper installation guidelines are met because he has the field experience that other contractors don't have. We are a fully insured company with GL and WC. We have professional installers that will be assigned to your project. We do not send people to go learn on your project. "Started off well. Seemed nice and reputable. Then went downhill. I told him exactly where to get trim molding and he refused to check there and wasted hours searching and got frustrated and his attitude reflected his frustration. I made one phone call to place I told him that had molding... Wow, they had it in stock!!! Sheetrock repair was average at best. I had to redo a big portion. I asked for estimates for portions of work and was asked to be patient but when he wanted payment, wasn't patient at all. Would not use him ever again. See attached pics of his finished sheetrock work."
