From the get go, his estimate was timely and detailed, but easy to understand and surprisingly *under* any of the other competitive estimates I received (which was a big shock since they were the highest rated company) . When work commenced, my house is an old tudor that posed a lot of unique installation "surprise" problems almost every step of the way. Greg and crew addressed each problem above and beyond the call (and price) of the contract and never came to me to renegotiate or increase the agreed price of the contract. <br /> The crew was polite, unobtrusive and cleaned up daily after work was finished. All work was skillfully completed in the time scheduled and everything looks great. <br /> Above and beyond: Along the way the crew found issues that needed to be addressed that were outside the parameters of this job. Greg presented the issues and possible solutions without ever making me feel like it was urgent or he was selling more services to me. In fact I had to ask him, "When I get around to it, can *you* guys do that for me?" lol. Also we decided that new doors should be added to the job. When the estimate came back too high for my budget, Greg worked diligently with me to find a satisfactory way to reduce the cost.
