We discussed my special requests, which are quite specific, and she was able to quickly estimate the time needed. Since I use one floor of our home as an AirBNB, flexibility was also important; a willingness to amend the schedule based on our turnovers. In exchange, I promised to forward our schedule as soon as possible. I love that we have a crew of three or four people. Firstly, in terms of customer service they are prompt, communicative, clear and very professional and friendly, exactly what you want when you have people work in your home.
