"They were very friendly but their cleaning leaves much to be desired. After they left, I went through the house and noted numerous things that were not done and should have been. My piano wasn't even dusted! I have mobility issues and could have done a much better cleaning job than what they did. I think from now on, I'll do the cleaning myself so that I KNOW it will be done properly. So disappointed."
