"Excellent. The Driver, Roberto was very punctual. Whenever he gave me a time of when he would be coming to either pickup the car or deliver the car, he was very punctual almost to the minute. Roberto did an excellent job. I couldn't be happier. I felt my "baby" was in good hands and he was very professional and responsible about the whole thing. I also liked that he gave me updates along the way."

"I called Custom Pull Out Shelves to have them quote me on custom pull outs. My intention was to have our kitchen cabinets painted and add new pull outs. After meeting and talking with Tom I ruled out having the cabinets painted and started seriously looking into having them refaced. I searched Angie's list for three companies that refaced cabinets and setup interviews with all three. Tom from Custom Pull Outs was by far the most knowledgeable and professional. I felt no pressure to sign a contact or commit to anything at any time. The one thing that sold me was that all the work would be done by employees of CPOS not subcontractor. It was a pleasure dealing with a company that takes the customers satisfaction very seriously. <br />"

"The out of pocket cost to me was through a special offer here on Angie's List. I paid $199 for $500 of custom closet shelving for up to 6' of closet space. That was the wording of the deal. And an additional $75 for a slight alteration to the prefabricated design. <br /> Installation took just under 2 hours. They did slightly alter to my specifications and cut to fit my closet space, as the width is under 6 feet, at about 4' 8". I opted to install two shelves on the left of the standard design instead of having two hanging bars, one above the other. There was an additional charge of $75 for this change. <br /> Be prepared to do all the prep work before they arrive to do the installation (removal of any shelving, hanger pole, etc). They will do the removal for you for an extra charge. So that is up to you. I opted to do it myself and while it is not impossible, it's not exactly easy to do either. Be sure you take your time so you don't mess up your walls any further. And be sure to paint the walls in the closet beforehand, because you definitely won't be able to do so afterward. <br /> The workmanship was very good and the space now works better for my needs. The scheduler, owner and installer were very helpful and professional. I would definitely consider hiring again in the future. <br />"

"I had about 6 contractors bid this job, Jim had the fairest price. He arrived to the job early, even offered to come out in an ice storm but I was concerned for his safety and rescheduled it. An important point for me is Jim is licensed and insured. The job was completed in 2 hours. He initially came to my home to go over the scope of work and he stuck to his estimate. Only disappointment was, I had to absorb $45 of additional cost when I discovered a scratch on the stainless steel grille plate. I ordered the part from Samsung and will need to install it myself. I called Jim and he said he did not observe this scratch on installation due to lots of hand prints on the unit. He installed this unit by himself, under difficult circumstances, without a hydraulic lift to hold it in place, basically balancing it on one arm while he used an electronic screwdriver to mount the unit into the base cabinets. I cannot determine if this noticeable scratch (just above the door handle and about an inch long) was a manufacturer's defect or had occurred upon installation. The cardboard box the unit came in from HH Gregg was in pristine condition. Despite all this I have another job coming up for a bathroom remodel and plan to have Jim bid this project as well, along with 3 other contractors I thought had reasonable bids. <br />"

"Worked primarily with Chip, John and Brian. We really wanted to get rid of our drop ceiling and the dining room and take out the wall between it and the kitchen to give us an open floor plan. We live in a house build in the 1920's so I was worried what we would find when we started opening things up. The Home Improvement Coach spent a lot of time with me prior to the project starting and because of their experience working in older homes, made me feel comfortable that if anything did come up, they could handle it. They did a fantastic job and completed the project on time and on budget. My biggest things when evaluating contractors are quality of work and communication. The Home Improvement Coach excels at both. I was happily surprised during the project at their willingness to clean up thoroughly at the end of every day. Even though they were working at the house for a couple weeks, they understood that we still had to live there and did everything they could to allow us to be comfortable in the evenings. Every time we had questions or concerns, Chip and team were quick and happy to respond. We made some changes during the project and to no surprise, they were happy to accommodate. I would highly recommend Chip and look forward to having them back to renovate our kitchen."
