Paul alerted us to the fact that some of this cost would be reimbursable by our insurance carrier - and it was - resulting in several thousand dollars of savings that we otherwise would not have. We have an old house (1860) and Paul was interested in the history of the place and knowledgeable about the old construction methods. In these Covid times, everything took longer - material availability and such - but Paul was good about letting us know what was going on, and very responsive any time we had a question.
