"I hired Home Run Roofing to replace by roof and gutters, and I could not be more satisfied with the overall experience. They offered multiple options for my project, all of which were affordable and competitive. Reviewing and selecting a work estimate and applying for financing was a 2025 customer service experience (as opposed to a CS experience expected 10, 15, or 25 years ago), which in part distinguished them from other companies I met with. "Vince Cirillo, the owner, provided the estimate and did the work with a helper. He was professional and responsive. I needed to adjust the scope of work and he patiently accommodated me with an extra visit just to estimate the work. He responded quickly to phone calls and with his estimates and scheduling, and he showed up when he said he would. While he worked, he called me out several times to note some significant things he had observed and to check and make sure I would be OK with what he was doing. He answered my questions and suggested a few appropriate alternatives for a few problems that came up. When he was finished, the work all looked well done. I have not yet observed how the downspouts perform in a rainstorm, but I expect it will go well. Perhaps, if there is a way to amend this review, I will do so once we get a good amount of rain. In summary, very good work and good responsiveness."
