"From the first estimate with Harry, to interactions with Jason and finally the team that replaced my roof - everything went very smoothly and my roof looks fantastic. I had received 4 estimates for this work and J.W. Tull matched the lowest bid I received and also upgraded the shingles to CertainTeed Shingles. Turnaround time from estimate to roof completion was 6 days. The first day my roof was torn off, plank replacement where necessary, and shingle application. The roofing team work very efficiently and arrived at 8 am and worked through until 730 pm on the first day. The second day the team installed the rest of the roof, including a dormer that needed flat roof installation. When finished the team cleaned my yard up and ran the magnet in all surrounding areas. Christmas Day we had a leak I called and he answered and came out the next day to repair my roof. The owner was professional and polite and made my roof a priority!  We joked about how santa ruined my roof! I was amazed how fast the repair took and how  quick he came out over a holiday. "Vince Cirillo, the owner, provided the estimate and did the work with a helper. He was professional and responsive. I needed to adjust the scope of work and he patiently accommodated me with an extra visit just to estimate the work. He responded quickly to phone calls and with his estimates and scheduling, and he showed up when he said he would. While he worked, he called me out several times to note some significant things he had observed and to check and make sure I would be OK with what he was doing. He answered my questions and suggested a few appropriate alternatives for a few problems that came up. When he was finished, the work all looked well done. I have not yet observed how the downspouts perform in a rainstorm, but I expect it will go well. Perhaps, if there is a way to amend this review, I will do so once we get a good amount of rain. In summary, very good work and good responsiveness."
