The mulching job looks wonderful.   I contacted Home Rangers again to do additional work (pull weeds, preen, etc).  They were somewhat behind because of hot weather.   The completed job again was well done.  I've contacted them a third time to install additional plants, but to date because of my travel and their schedule we have not been able to work out plan.
My goal was to find a service (that was not a chain/franchise) that would complete things on a particular schedule with no follow up needed from me.  I am still working on that.  Home Rangers indicated to me that they do not do lawn maintainence per se, however, I do notice they now have a coupon on AL for lawn fertilization.
What would be perfect would be to find a reputable, reasonably priced, landscaping company that would be able to maintain my yard/lawn and bill me on a quarterly or monthly basis and do what is necessary to keep my lawn looking

great without much input from me.    I don't really know a plant from a weed, I just know I want a nice yard but I don't want to do the work myself !  Right now, I feel I have to have 3 different companies for that.  1) Mow lawn 2) landscape 3) lawn/plant maintainence.  Dyer and his crew are reputable and I am comfortable with them lurking around my yard.  The price ends up being about the same as the other company I was using.  If I can get on some type of a schedule and billing with them, I will probably remain a customer.
