The office called me first to let me know the timeframe in which he would arrive and Ben called me when he was 30 minutes out. "It took three coats to cover the previous owner's choices.  Beautiful work.  Extra work was done as well, as Jim is an excellent handyman.  He cleaned my desperately clogged gutter that was LOADED with dirt halfway up the roof, and the downspouts as well, leaving everything running well now.  (small extra fee).  I would use them again in a heartbeat.  GREAT JOB!!!
