He kept us notified when he would be here to complete the repair. He was punctual professional and polite. No up selling, Evaluated the roof and provided the information on it's condition. "We just went thru a hurricane and damage is widespread in our area. Marshall Roofing-Ben contacted us very quickly and scheduled a time to inspect our damaged roof. He came over, inspected our roof and got us an estimate w/ in a hour or so. He said he could schedule us in a week or two. He arrived as promised, with his father- also Ben- and they had the damage repaired in one day. They both came back the next day to clean and seal our whole roof. They did a great job with the repair and the roof looks great after they applied the sealant. They are very professional, personable, and hard working. "When I started looking into getting my roof replaced, I had about 10 different companies come out to give me estimates. Ridge Top sent out Chris and right away I felt like they were the right ones for the job. He clearly told me every detail. He answered every single one of my questions. After that meeting, he followed up with me through text and email. Once we made our decision, he came over asap and called my insurance company with me right there. It was a 5 minute phone call. And the process was started. I had absolutely nothing to do with the insurance. Chris handled every bit of it. Every back and forth communication with the insurance company. He also was here and on the roof with the insurance company's inspector. A week later we were approved for the full price of the roof. All we had to pay was the deductible. We were on the schedule very quickly. The crew immediately set to work. After 6 hours, they were done! They removed the old roof and replaced it entirely new in 6 hours! Everything was all cleaned up too. No mess and not a single nail. The boss walked us around the perimeter and answered all questions. Chris was there with a big smile on his face (see the last picture!). It has been over a year and we have not had a single issue with our new roof. They do fast, quality work and have outstanding customer service. I cannot express my gratitude to them for all their hard work!! This company is amazing!"
