Unfortunately, I felt the prices I was charged were really steep for installing lighting fixtures ($470 for a ceiling fan alone as an example ). I?m new to the area so I felt I was taken advantage of in that matter and I was in a bit of time crunch due to traveling arrangements. Customer beware. "

This is where I found the carpenter I used, that is another story. I found William to be very professional, pleasant to talk with and an expert in his field. The company Positricity is easy to work with and I’ll use William again for any electrical needs."

"David Spence did it again!! We had 2 bathrooms that needed to be gutted and one a conversion from tub to shower only. Not only did David Spence come in at a fair price, everything was done professionally and in a timely manner. Tile for second bath was running behind so instead of having us wait for it to come in, he gave us a choice to go pick out tile from Floor and Decor, which we did and the bathroom looks beautiful. Great customer service! We love that Ched and Tristan took time to answer any concerns we had along the way and they kept us up to date on the daily work.
