"Dave did amazing work. We needed a full kitchen remodel on our downstairs unit that was basically falling apart. Kitchen now looks like something out of a magazine. He fixed a bunch of issues downstairs that were causing problems in our upstairs unit also. The backyard deck turned out great also. We found that whoever installed it previously, did so unsafely. He rebuilt it with trex decking, added rails, and made it bigger as well. Turned out beautiful and much safer now that we have a little running around. Well worth every penny we paid, which is much less than other quotes we had. That kitchen turned out so nice, that my wife wants to do our kitchen now too!!!"

"1. Our Design Consultant Amanda was extremely knowledgeable about window and door construction and design. Her advice was tasteful, helpful and invaluable. She did not use pressure on my wife and I in order to make a sale. She was pleasant and she was focused on what my wife and I needed and wanted. 2. Our Project Technician Derek was friendly, professional and focused. He was exacting in his measurements and answered all my questions thoroughly. 3. Our installers Bob, Charles, Aaron, Austin and Manny were very polite and professional and despite sub-zero temperatures (this is Alaska) exhibited real craftsmanship in their work. The result is beautiful windows, a sliding door and a Bay window that my wife, myself and especially our two cats have been enjoying to no end. Upon entry into my home the Renewal by Andersen Alaska team rolled out drop cloths from the front door to each work location. Ceiling to floor plastic barriers were erected at every window and door site where work was to be done. At the end of the work day my floors were thoroughly vacuumed and wiped clean. 4. Besides the beauty of our aforementioned windows, sliding door and bay window, there is an immediate and profound difference in how much warmer our house is. "<p> I contacted Ryan in January 2014 and asked for an estimate to build an additional bedroom/office in my house.  Ryan visited me a few days later, we discussed the project at length.  I asked several questions about the build out, HVAC, Electric and painting.  I had three main concerns, #1.  Making sure the supporting structure was hidden in the wall.  #2.  Confirming HVAC could be run to the new room.  #3. Installing the electric and moving a bedroom switch to a opposite wall.  Ryan listened to my concerns and scheduled a second meeting with the HVAC and Electrical Contractors so they could bid the project..  At the meeting Ryan made sure my concerns were addressed by the contractors, and thankfully everything I wanted/needed to happen was possible.  </p> <p>Ryan provided me a bid about two weeks later.  His bid was over $5,000 less than the other competing bid.  I hired Ryan the same night for the job.  We scheduled the job to start on the 24th of March 2014.  </p> <p>The job started on time, and much to my surprise, Ryan and his crew had the floor installed by the end of the first day.  It was absolutely amazing to watch his crew work.  By the time the second day was done, the wall structure was complete.  Day 3 was the Electrical work and sheet rock.  By day 4, the wall was taped and mudded.  Like I said, it was fast and it looked great.   </p> <p>One item of note, I told Ryan and his crew my son has dust induced asthma and wanted to know when they would be sanding the walls.  Ryan gave me an approximate day they would sand the walls, but more important, they went to the extreme to keep the dust to a minimum AND spent about 30 minutes each afternoon cleaning, just to make sure the dust was down.</p> <p>Over the course of 9 work days, Ryan and his crew worked to get the job done.  This afternoon the job was completed, the supporting structure is hidden, the HVAC and electric are installed and working fine.  Simply stated it looks amazing, my wife and I are very pleased.  If you need any home remodel work done, I strongly recommend you use Ryan Mathias. </p> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <p><br /></p> <br />"
