"We recently had our roof replaced by Pure Michigan Exteriors LLC, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk us through every step of the process so we felt completely confident in our decision. The quality of the work speaks for itself—our new roof looks amazing and was completed efficiently without cutting any corners. The crew was respectful of our property, kept everything clean, and made sure the job site was spotless when they were finished. Communication was top-notch throughout the project, and they delivered exactly what they promised. It’s clear they take pride in their work and truly care about their customers. If you’re looking for a reliable, hardworking company that does high-quality roofing, we highly recommend Pure Michigan Exteriors LLC!"

"The Lanes Roofing crew arrived at daylight to set up. Care was taken to protect my shrubby and lawn, just as I was told they would. Work on the roof began shortly, and they completed the job by day's end. My neighbors said it was impressive. The next day, two gentlemen returned to finish some caulking, to inspect the work, and to thoroughly go over the yard and flower beds to complete the cleanup. I think my new roof is beautiful. More than that, I feel that I have a quality roof to protect my home and an established company to turn to if any repairs are needed in the future. I am very pleased and satisfied, and would happily recommend Lanes Roofing to my friends and family."

"Excellent! Very professional. Large crew...in and out in 1 day. They have done at least 3 other roof jobs in my neighborhood and came highly recommended. I can see why. Great price, great guarantee, quick, efficient, great clean-up. My only advice to anyone with tender plants or bushes like hydrangeas or azaleas that have branches that might easily break off is to warn them ahead of time to cover with "extra care" if these are in the way, or you might figure a way to cover them yourself. All in all, though, they did a great job of protecting my plants and bushes."

FAQs for flat, foam, or single ply roofing installation and replacement projects in Niles, MI

Many roofing pros point to PVC as the top performer on flat roofs thanks to its tough seams and long-term waterproofing. A properly installed PVC membrane can last 30 years or more, resisting ponding water and harsh weather with ease. You will pay more up front than you would for EPDM, but the added durability often translates into fewer repairs and a lower cost per year of service.

Yes, a rubber roof is an environmentally friendly choice. Most rubber membranes contain recycled content and can reflect heat, which helps trim cooling bills in hot weather. Manufacturing has a lighter footprint than many traditional materials, and the long lifespan means fewer tear-offs headed to the landfill. If sustainability is a priority, ask your roofer about brands that carry third-party eco-certifications and confirm they meet local environmental standards.
