"We called and setup a time for Turn2Us to take a look and give us an estimate. They arrived at the time agreed on. An estimate was sent to us via email which we agreed to having them do the job via a return phone call. The estimate was similar to the one given on the door repair at our home. Basically, it was an estimated price for the labor plus any materials needed. I noticed that they indicated the cost of a plumber in the labor estimate. That became an important piece of information as over the weekend before the repair was started, a water pipe burst underneath the house. I turned the water off at the meter and called the person who was going to repair the toilet to see if their plumber might possibly be used to also repair the burst pipe. It turned out he was the plumber. He agreed to come over and repair the leak at dusk on a Saturday night! The burst pipe was repaired within 2 hours of the initial call. As to the repair of the flooring and replacement of the toilets, The work was absolutely incredible! The linoleum was removed, the wooden support structures repaired, flange replaced, and the new handicap toilets were installed, and new linoleum was installed. Every aspect of the repair was way above expectations. They were on time every time, the work performed was of a superior quality, and there was little to no interruption of our days. Overall, there is zero doubt that we will use Turn2Us for any future handyman repairs! Highly recommended."

"Mario was personable, professional and on time both days. Before starting the job the front doors were smooth with some paint peeling. He power washed, sanded and painted. The end product is undesirable doors; therefore, they need to replaced. Mario apologized for the way they turned out and tried correcting but to no avail. He deducted for the time spent on the doors. Mario did not complete much of the work we had previously discussed and was part of the original estimate. He did complete power washing, cementing and caulking in specified areas as well as touch up painting and adjusting the side door."

"I contacted Mr. Love on Friday at around noon. He was available and arrived an hour and a half later, as promised. He looked over the items needing repair for a while. He had to leave for parts and returned about 45 minutes later. After he returned, he did the repairs and was on his way within a couple hours.  <br /> <br /> I had been dealing with the leaky tub for quite some time. It is such a HUGE relief to have it repaired! I literally almost cried once I realized it was fixed...really, really fixed!  <br /> <br /> Mr. Love is knowledgeable, experienced and reliable.
