I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great"

"I wasn't able to make the appointment myself so I asked my daughter to be there for me. I was told the electrician who came to my house was polite and got right down to business. Within a few minutes he diagnosed the box and asked about any concerns about the rest of the house. The solution was telling her how to fix the other issues. He also pointed out a problem which needed to be repaired but never offered to make an appointment to come back. The gentleman also stated that a diagnostic email would be sent which was never received. It's been over a month since the appointment and still no email. I'm a little disappointed in the lack of follow up."

The item was made, shipped and damaged in transit and they took care of details of returning item to them, dealing wiht the insurance company, correcting the issue, keeping me up to date in the process and remaking the awning and getting it back to me. They supplied detailed instruction to my contractor for installation and were available via phone for consult during the process. I am very pleased."
