"I recently hired this cleaning service for a deep clean of two rooms in my home and had a mixed experience. I want to commend Emmy and Kris, the cleaning professionals who attended my home. Their service was outstanding, and their friendly demeanor made the experience even better. They truly went above and beyond, leaving the cleaned rooms spotless. I would rate their performance five stars without hesitation. However, the overall experience was somewhat marred by a communication breakdown with the management. My request for a two-room deep clean was not clearly relayed to the cleaning team, resulting in an incomplete kitchen cleaning. For clarity, it's also important to note that the service does not include dishwashing as part of the kitchen cleaning package. Considering the discrepancy between the excellent work of the cleaning team and the miscommunication from management, I am giving an overall rating of four stars. 👍🏽"
