"We had been told previously by other companies in recent years that we needed a new well dug. We read the reviews on this company and liked that they had lots of experience dealing with wells. We thought we’d get their assessment and C and J felt it was our well pump and they were right. It was a two day job because of the difficulties with removing the old pump . They had to do an acid wash overnight to loosen the old pump and facilitate removal and then flushed out the well before putting in the new pump. Everyone was very professional and explained every step. They also gave us tips on keeping our well and new pump in good working order. Many wells in our area are, like ours, slow recovery wells so they also advised putting on a regulator to keep it from getting overwhelmed. Because of the difficulty with the old pump and it being a two day job, it was a bit more expensive than we had anticipated but it was worth it to feel confident that things were done correctly. Our new pump is working great. We wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again and highly recommend them especially to anyone with well problems!"

I called Plumbing, Heating Paramedics and was able to schedule a time a few days later. The service team member was friendly, professional, he wore a mask and booties. A technician was scheduled to be here by 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, was here approx. 8:20 a.m., assesed the problem, gave me the breakdown (best case/worse case scenerio, which is how I like to approach things). Work began on schedule; had a few "bumps in the road" - but the problem was taken care of.
