It was very easy to obtain an estimate from Chad, and we worked with his office manager, Becki, to coordinate the details. We let them know what we wanted done and that we were in no hurry — scheduling the work 4 to 6 weeks out was perfectly fine. Four homes on our cul-de-sac coordinated together for various tree projects. Some had trees removed with firewood left behind and stacked neatly, while others requested all debris to be hauled away and shredded for mulch. Chad arrived with a professional crew of about nine people who worked hard for roughly four and a half hours. They removed eight trees, trimmed six more, and cleaned up so thoroughly that you’d never know they had been there. The price was extremely reasonable, especially compared to similar work I’ve had done in the past. The team operated safely and efficiently, with three climbers carefully topping and lowering trees to avoid any damage to nearby trees, our deck, or neighboring properties. Chad was professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He knew exactly how to trim each tree — whether lightly or more moderately — and happily handled a few additional requests we made on the day of the job. All four homeowners were extremely satisfied and would highly recommend Artistic Touch Tree Service to anyone. We already plan to have them back next year to trim our ornamental trees. "A storm blew a tree on our house. We received multiple quotes, all from companies that are insured, including PR Tree Service. PR came in as one of the lowest. The owner is easily to reach for estimates and other questions. We needed two quotes as insurance would cover the tree on the house but not our other tree needs. On tree removal day, a crew of 9-10 guys and lots of equipment removed the tree off the house and hauled away the debris. Further, doing a second job of stump grinding, and trimming of a few additional trees. The crew was very safe, professional, well organized, and fast. "Mr. Ridenour responded promptly to my inquiry about tree removal and treatment, scheduled an appropriate time to come out for an estimate, came out on time, gave me a fair price and scheduled a time to come do the work, and had a team do the work all within two weeks. Mr. Ridenour arrived right on time with the crew to review with the foreman and I what the work would be. They dove right in and worked quickly and safely through a pretty hot morning. When all was said and done, they'd removed four diseased trees, treated and trimmed one diseased tree, ground the stump from one tree, converted two of those trees into nice fireplace size logs for me and trimmed some pine branches off the exterior of my house. My firewood was neatly stacked, all the twigs and pinecones were raked up and disposed of and everything was complete within three hours or so.
