She also helped me in realizing what was more important to me and what wasnt necessary or helpful in my life. We downsized a lot, reorganized my living spaces, and cleaned everything. "Crystal Thurber and I had previously worked together at my home. I have health issues and wanted someone familiar to my home. Crystal is very good at assessing the areas that need work and listens to your needs and doubts. She can guide you and advice you but not being pushy. If you can't decide on something that's okay. I am a papecraft person so besides cleaning up my horrible files, collections of greeting cards and postcards we have mainly worked on my getting through my craft room. "I hired Ruth for my master room, kitchen and office. First she took the time to evaluate my organizing type. From the start I did not understand why this was important. I thought that what I saw on magazines was the right way for me; in reality, it wasn't needed. She organize the place beautiful and perfect for my needs and tendencies. Its practical and its very easy to keep it organize by myself. Also she gave me a few tips in how I can do this in my entire home. I highly recommend her services"

"We were told 2 workers for 2 hours or one worker for 4 hours at price of $199. We scheduled the appointment and somehow we got the time wrong because the day before they were to come, we got an email with a later time. So that was a drag because it was the middle of the afternoon instead of AM. Good thing we did get the email or we would be wondering where they are. 2 workers came within the window time frame and after showing what needs to be done went to work right away. One lady went upstairs while the other lady was downstairs. I was embarrassed that the house has not been thoroughly cleaned for a long time. They brought their own equipment and most of the supplies. We did have to supply them with 2 rolls of paper towel. I guess I don't mind that. We were very happy with the quality of their work. They were very pleasant, professional and the English was pretty good and most importantly nothing got broken unlike the last company we used. The only problems we encountered was that I found out we were charged the $199 twice on different days on our credit card just like another reviewer. I quickly called the company at 9AM and spoke with a gentlemen and was told that he would have someone call me right away. By lunch time I still have not heard from anyone so I called back. Another gentleman answered and said surprised that no one has called me and promised that someone will call me right away. No one called by late afternoon so I called them again for the 3rd time since I wanted to hear from someone before the office closed for the weekend. The woman who answered happens to be Leticia and she told me that the duplicate charge would be processed and refunded on Monday. I told her that I was very happy with the workers and they did a very good job but was not too happy with being charged twice. Leticia apologized and said that we should definitely see the refund next week. The refund was processed and thus I am writing this review. Otherwise, this would have been a different review. I probably may use them again only because the workers did a very good job but they definitely need to work on their communication skills. I think the price is a bit high at $50 per person per hour."
