I also had my front door stained which did not come out to my satisfaction the first time and I showed Wilber a picture of the door and he came back and re-sanded the door and re-stained it. Working with you was a great experience--and so satisfying that I want to acknowledge it in writing. From start to finish virtually everything went smoothly. When soliciting an estimate, the Wow estimator arrived on time—as did Wow painters every single day of work. Wow’s estimate was reasonable—falling in the middle of four estimates that we solicited from other highly-rated companies. The Wow estimator also made excellent suggestions on the choice of paint color and type. When work started, I watched how the company’s painters prepped walls and baseboards. I saw how carefully they removed wallpaper to avoid damage to walls before priming. Throughout the five days of painting, they paid attention to detail—while being polite and courteous. "I was extremely pleased with Alberto and his crew. He was very professional when he came to give me an estimate and that made a good first impression. Day one, the house, all trim, gutters and soffits were power washed. My house is cedar and was previously stained. Alberto and his worker "painted" (solid stain) the entire house using brushes.!! They also made minor repairs. The communication with the office was very good, I was updated if there was a schedule change. They worked from 8 until 4 every day. They were very detailed. "Mr. Mendez and his crew did an excellent job with our skylights installation and painting our shutters and also painting our kitchen and family room. "Herwin and his crew did amazing work on 4 challenging projects for me. First, he told me that my French door with dry rot could be repaired instead of replaced, saving me several thousand dollars. The teamâ s expert carpenter made the door like new again with new wood replacing bad. The other projects were deck rail staining; designing and installing a stone path and steps (Jose is quite skilled with this); and fixing an ugly problem area next to the gravel driveway at the house entrance. The team did a beautiful design which solved the erosion and change of level problems in a way that fit in with the natural look I wanted. All of this was completed in only 4 days for a very reasonable price! I am grateful to have found such a competent, trustworthy company and Iâ m going to work with them again soon."
