Working with you was a great experience--and so satisfying that I want to acknowledge it in writing. From start to finish virtually everything went smoothly. When soliciting an estimate, the Wow estimator arrived on time—as did Wow painters every single day of work. Wow’s estimate was reasonable—falling in the middle of four estimates that we solicited from other highly-rated companies. The Wow estimator also made excellent suggestions on the choice of paint color and type. When work started, I watched how the company’s painters prepped walls and baseboards. I saw how carefully they removed wallpaper to avoid damage to walls before priming. Throughout the five days of painting, they paid attention to detail—while being polite and courteous. When my wife and I made suggestions during work, the painters listened to us and positively responded. On completion of the job, they cleaned the work site to our satisfaction. We value consistency in the high quality of this company's work. This is not the first, but the third time, that we have had excellent work performed by Wow Painting. "I was extremely pleased with Alberto and his crew. He was very professional when he came to give me an estimate and that made a good first impression. Day one, the house, all trim, gutters and soffits were power washed. My house is cedar and was previously stained. Alberto and his worker "painted" (solid stain) the entire house using brushes.!! They also made minor repairs. The communication with the office was very good, I was updated if there was a schedule change. They worked from 8 until 4 every day. They were very detailed. "Kris has painted at our home before and rebuilt our deck 6 years ago, This time we asked him to power wash, stain and paint the deck. We have used other painters before but have never had such an experienced team as we have with Kris and his team. Kris came by in the morning and power washed the deck and told us the team would be over later that day. As promised they came that afternoon and got right to work. They returned the following morning to finish the work. Jose, one of the painters worked with me to find the right color paint so he could repaint some areas around the house that needed to be touched up. He was friendly and professional and did a great job. They cleaned up everything afterwards which you do not always find with contractors. We will continue to use Kris when we need painting and will continue to refer everyone to him. He may not be the least expensive but he is well worth his fair price and he has always exceeded our expectations.
