"The technician, David, arrived on time, and the company gave me the heads-up beforehand that I had requested. He went right to work, looking at the clog in my dryer (it had stopped several days earlier and the fault code told me there was a blockage), and then setting up his ladder to do the cleaning from the vent outside. He explained the process so I knew what he would be doing, and didn't seem to mind that I watched him closely. First thing we saw was a sparrow fly out of the vent, so as he noted, we could expect a bird nest. He then proceeded to pull out about a foot of nest material (thankfully only one egg and no babies). After he got out all of the big stuff, he ran a brush all the way to the dryer. Running the dryer then pushed out all of the lint. He bagged up as much as he could and took it away, but a lot of it disintegrated on touch. He assured me it would disappear in the next rain, and I'm sure it will. I then asked him about installing a bird guard, and he told me how much it would be ($85) and showed it to me. I liked the design since it does not appear it will collect lint, like one I had in a previous house, and it was metal so it should last. I had him install it. He then wrote up the invoice and I happily paid ($125 for cleaning, $85 for vent). No hidden or extra charges, no attempts to upsell. He told me that they usually recommend cleaning every two years, but given our small household size, three should probably be fine. I will be in touch with SixPenny in spring 2022."

"Rosalina and her team are fantastic. We have had several cleaning companies over the past 20 years and Majestic is by far the best. They do a good cleaning. If I have questions or ask them to go back over something, they always do. They go above and beyond for us. Their flexibility is a real gift--but we have them every two weeks and it makes life so much easier and nicer."

"Solomon and two assistants arrived on time to perform several small projects including repairs on both the front and back doors, recaulking the windows and trim outside along with several areas on both the inside and outside of the condo. In addition to this, they did some minor repair work and painting in the kitchen. The team was very polite, the work was done exceptionally well and they cleaned up after the work was finished. Highly recommended and would hire again."

"They did a great job cleaning up my dad's home. He was sick for a while, going back and forth to the hospital and wasn't able to keep up with the cleaning. Carmen reached out came over looked at everything that needed to be done, her team came in made sure sure to put a shine back on everything and im grateful for her and her team."

"Scheduling a time took a little work, but the cleaning was professional and at a very reasonable price."

"N&M’s Housecleaning Services are excellent. We have been clients since 2020 and have relied on them to help keep our home clean and tidy. My husband is disabled so extra attention and consideration are often needed and met by our team of housekeepers led by Nadia and Lydia. They are prompt, honest, considerate, and careful with our home and furnishings. We highly recommend N&M Cleaning Services."

"my experience is vary cleaning"

"I needed to clear a land I bought because it was full of garbage, broken trees, waste, and through R&D company, the job was done right and they turned it to my paradise, which was in my imagination and they did everything from beginning to end. I was afraid because the land was very expensive I didnâ t know if I made the right decision when I bought it but after the work R&D did I am very happy with it and I recommend them strongly. They have all the equipment and experience."

"Ms. Ferrante did an EXCELLENT job at cleaning my home. She was able to come in for a "next day" job, and was quite meticulous in her cleaning. Thank you very much for a really well done job!"
