"In late June of 2023, Neo and his apprentice replaced our water heater. Neo did charge slightly more than Google reported as the average price in our geographic area. However, "you get what you pay for." Neo was diligent, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Neo responded promptly to all telephone calls and text messages. There was no drama with Neo. Neo was a consummate professional. We would definitely recommend S&S Piping and Heat. When we experienced a runaway faucet and a broken shut-off valve in the spring of 2024, Neo was quick to respond. Our over-engineered faucet required more than the replacement of a simple washer. In a professional manner, Neo repaired the faucet, replaced the valve, and corrected a related water-pressure problem. As usual, Neo offered good, solid communications. Yet again, we would definitely recommend S&S Piping and Heat."

"We had an emergency so we contacted Clear Water. They responded immediately and I worked with Paul who was amazing. He was knowledgeable and professional and got us up and running in no time. I could not recommend them more. Thanks Paul!"

No - this is not a paid endorsement - Timothy Xavier just left my house after installing a replacement sump pump. He is extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and meticulous.

I have been dealing with Pioneer Basements for 10 years now and continue to be impressed with their honesty and solutions.

"Exchanged messages with Mike to describe work needed, replace an outdoor faucet and shutoff value (previous faucet was leaking). He gave an estimate, reviewed work to be done. Replaced outdoor spigot with a frost-proof spigot, put on new value. Quick test and validation. Professional, efficient and happy with work done! Thank you Mike !"

"I recently had a new heat pump system installed by Trust 1, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Their team was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home. The installation was smooth, on time, and the system is running perfectly. It’s rare to find a company that truly lives up to its name, but Trust 1 absolutely earned my trust. I couldn’t be happier with the service and results — highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work!"

"Exceptional! Same day response on estimate based on photos. Next day on-site repair. Patient and thorough explanation of what was done. IMHO Best in Class!"

"I am very happy with the work that was done, I live in an old house so updates and a whole new bathroom, with a new gas line and a number of new drains was not a simple job. Ryan was efficient, thorough and knowledgeable; he kept his work area neat and was very respectful of my home. Highly recommended."

"The plumber Michael Rosander is a nice and easy to work with pro, his response is quick and provide plumber service in timely manner."
