"EXCELLENT! At 9 am this morning, my son walked in and said, "Mom, the tub faucet broke off!" And it did - the faucet had broken clean through and water was pouring out of the broken faucet into the tub. I looked for the shutoff but couldn't find it, so I was looking at a $500 water bill if I didn't get help quick. I called my regular plumber and explained the problem and they said they could get someone over here in two days ... So I called Divine Way and the owner, Mr. Devin Jones, and a helper were here in less than 30 minutes, had everything repaired and back in place and the water back on with a couple of hours. And for a very reasonable charge. $ 450 to shut off water, completely remove and replace old faucet including related handles and so forth, and roto rooter the drain since it had been running slow and might as well get it fixed while they're here. "I called late on a Friday afternoon after my air went out. They came after hours, installed the new unit, and took the old one for evaluation & possible repair. A year later I called them back for another ac problem (different unit), and they came same day. Whereas another contractor told me to junk the unit, Greg replaced a small part & all was well. While with me the second trip, I mentioned several other small jobs, and they got right on them! The vent hood took a trip into the attic and up onto the roof, but they figured out the problem and solved it. This hood was damaged during Katrina (12 years ago) & Ive had several companies out to look/repair and nobody was able to diagnose problem. Now I have my hood back!
