That allowed him to buy parts before coming to do the job instead of taking two visits, as well as give me a quick quote to replace. Quote was competitive with larger company I had also called, so I chose to go with family owned business. They came out when expected, were friendly and professional, and got the replacement installed quickly. Would definitely recommend."
