"Hire this Contractor!! Excellent workmanship and attention to detail. Mike and crew were superb workers, tidy, punctual, and tenacious when it came to getting a difficult job completed. We are extremely pleased with the work. They replaced the main house roof shingles, repaired a carport that had some rotten rafters, sheathing, and facia, put on a really nice TPO sheathing designed for a low-pitched roof. All wood was wrapped, and gutters installed. The detailed processes for all work was phenomenal. Mike oversaw all details, as well as doing much of it himself. Mike's crew did excellent work even when Mike wasn't present, and they were extremely courteous and respectful, and took a lot of pride in their work. The place was left clean each day, all debris carried away, nails picked up, walkways, deck, driveway swept and blown off. "Their gutter guy put some gutters on my house and I was not impressed with that so far. Three of them already topped off. They didn't do that great of a job. When I did have a leak in the house, I had to call them like four or five times to get them to come over to repair it and finally, it just got to the point where I just said to heck with it and I decided to get somebody else to do it. Their guy never called me. I waited for him all day. They did a beautiful job on the roof. I was impressed with that but if anything goes wrong, they weren't so good. They did an excellent job doing the house. They cleaned up but I didn't think it was that great because I ended up with three flat tires from nails. Other than that, they were very courteous and everything else. They did fine. I was happy with it. They did show up with the wrong shingles and started putting them on and thank God I was there that day and stopped it. I'd recommend them to somebody else with the portion that once they're done, it may take you a while to get them back to repair anything. They were pretty good on their prices."

"I hired area remodeling to install a new roof on my house. They tore off and installed a new roof in a day and a half!!! My roof is really big so I didn’t expect them to finish so soon. They went above and beyond with their work even painted my pipes on the roof to match the new shingles installed. After the shingles were installed the foreman and I walked around the house and to check for any trash or if anything got damaged, but I couldn’t find a single nail on the ground. They really did a great job!!! My neighbor just got his roof done a few weeks before mine and couldn’t believe mine was done in a day an a half!! His took almost week for the same size from another company. I’m posting this up a little late but I wanted to give the roof some time before I wrote a review to see if I had to call them back cause of a leaky roof. But after the terrible thunderstorms we had and the few tropic depressions that came through not a single shingle or a leak has happened!!! "It was fairly straight forward evolution.  I needed to have a section of a second story fascia board replaced due to a momma bird having managed to make a nest inside the eave.  The repaired sectioned needed be repainted to match the existing trim color, but there was no spare paint on hand so the color had to be matched.     
I contacted company and coordinated a time for tenant to be home so an estimate could be generated.  Dave came by and looked at the job and a short time later I was emailed a very professional estimate complete with 3 payment options.
After getting the go-ahead, Dave quickly coordinated the job with the tenant and completed the job very quickly.
