"I chose this company because they'd done a neighbors' concrete and they were pleased with the experience and the sealant that was used doesn't change the appearance like most do. <br />   When I first contacted them they were booked ahead with big jobs. They could get to me by mid-June, but would fit my job in earlier if possible. They did, several weeks earlier. <br />   They cleaned my driveway, personal walk and patio, public sidewalk, and curb. Special care was given to the highly dirty/mildewed areas. I pointed out some decorative border stones and a repaired area that would be fragile and he took care to not damage those (or anything else).  <br />   They discussed whether the water-based or solvent-based sealant would be better given the age of my concrete (and the tendency to mildew). The solvent-based was used with special attention to those areas prone to mildew. <br />   They kept me well-informed re: what was being done and what I can expect going forward. <br />   I'm LOVING the clean look and also seeing water just bead up on top!! <br />   I didn't give an 'A' re: price, but it may have been competitive re: what I had done and the products/tools used. I hadn't gotten any other prices since I knew I wanted them to do it."

They helped us with our insurance adjuster to pay for a good portion of the new roof when I didn't even realize it was a possibility. They offered great communication which to me is key. "Representative called about an hour <em> </em>before our appointment to reschedule due to a conflict that arose. (Later he told me that he had to take material to another jobsite).  Rescheduled appointment and rep was on time and was professional.  Said the wait time would be about two weeks to start the job if they were to do the work. Estimate arrived as promised a day or two later and was about 20% higher in cost than other estimates.  I chose another provider because 1) wait time 2) cost 3) possibility my job would be delayed or interrupted due to other jobs they had.  I would consider using them in the future IF these concerns were addressed in contract and verbally. <br />"
