"Cleaned carpets in most of the house and one large dhurrie rug. Used them for many years and have recommended them to others who were satisfied. Haven’t used them for over two years because I began taking care of grandchildren and got a carpet cleaning machine. Which works okay and is great for emergencies...but is heavy and hard work. Sunbell representatives are extremely helpful. Really like that it is not a steam system which always seems to stretch carpets."

We called Scot on Monday morning Nov 4th around 8 am for a carpet cleaning appointment hoping for a chance to beat an unexpected but always welcome family visit from Utah for the week before Thanksgiving. We used Scot for our last cleaning and really liked his work, knowledge and price and hoped he could squeeze us in once again. To make a long story short, Scot showed up at noon the same day and finished four rooms and a hallway by 2pm. NOW THATS' SERVICE !. The rooms are once again beautiful (snow white carpet) and all traces of cat and human stains are completely gone."

"I discovered petpee.com when I was searching online for ways to remove the urine odor from our 10’ x 14’ Karastan wool oriental rug. I had planned to clean the rug myself, but I was intrigued by the videos I saw on YouTube of petpee.com’s owner, Meir Martin, demonstrating how he cleans rugs like mine. I searched for petpee.com reviews and was blown away by the number of glowing reviews that had been written by satisfied customers. I knew then and there that I wanted to turn my rug over rug to Mr. Martin to finally get rid of the urine odor that had been building up for over 10 years. I called him and got a quote of $1079, which included shipping both ways, cleaning the rug, and a guarantee that I would not be able to detect any urine odor when my rug was returned to me. After getting over the sticker shock, my husband gave me the green light to send the rug to petpeepee.com. I think he was more interested in getting rid of my constant complaints about the urine odor than the actual odor itself! Mr. Martin walked us through how to pack up our rug for shipping via UPS, having us send him pictures to make sure we had prepared it properly. Even though we followed his instructions, I received an email from UPS 5 days later that my rug had been lost. I was regretting my decision to send my rug off for cleaning, UNTIL Mr. Martin worked his magic! I’m only the second customer in all the years petpeepee.com has been in business to have her oriental rug go missing, but that was to my benefit, because Mr. Meir knew exactly who to call (in Utah, of all places!) to track down my rug. Mr. Martin called his contact at UPS every day to check on whether my rug had been found and kept me posted each day for a week. On the seventh day after UPS reported my rug had been lost, Mr. Martin called me with the happy news that my rug had been found!!! Apparently some of the tape I had used to secure the label to the package was not completely flat and caused the label and bag to tear. Mr. Martin received my rug via Next Day Air from UPS on August 23 and began the cleaning process the next day. I loved receiving videos and pictures of the rug being cleaned and getting updates from Mr. Martin throughout the process. We received the rug back on September 2, and it smelled as fresh as it did the day we bought it! It looked so clean and new – worth every penny we paid to have petpeepee.com clean it. I really need more than five stars for my recommendation of petpeepee.com and Meir Martin. He is a true professional and the best communicator of any service provider I’ve ever encountered. I will be sending him more rugs soon! When I do, I will be VERY careful about packaging them, including using a HEAVY DUTY bag and taping multiple labels on the inside and outside of the package and making sure EVERYTHING on the outside is smooth and flat. "My husband promised me new carpets this year.... I told him I wanted to see if I could get them cleaned. I went to Angie's List and did some comparisons and came up with Zerorez. I called and made an appointment They came by and all I can say is WOW!!! ZEROREZ are the only people I will clean my home. Eric and Aaron are Great! They have a Fantastic Team and they work hard to communicate and demonstrate what professionalisum is. They worked hard and fast and got the Job done. Please understand I am not the average person. They worked hard to help me get my carpets cleaned. I will recommend them and their company to everyone! I am handicapped and can't do alot. Eric came out personally and cleaned my carpets, he made my home so nice and so clean. Thank you Eric! The carpets aren't sticky and stiff. They are soft and they smell great! Many cleaning supplies can make animals sick. Zerorez has not! I am so happy. The product and team are Top quality! "In preparation for an event we were having in our home I had scheduled several services to get the house ready. This service was the one I most anticipated and they did not disappoint. This husband wife team worked together very well. They were well prepared with whatever equipment might be needed. They ran a bit late due to weather but stayed in touch. I really liked that they used essential oils to clean the windows, and natural cotten cloths. Shine Bright is a great name for their company as that is exactly what your windows do once cleaned by this couple. Well done. <br />"

"Estimate appointment and cleaning appt both went well. My "b" grades are largely due to the answering service machine, or however it is that they are dealing with calls that they don't answer. We played phone tag a little, and twice I got Hometown Special Care answering, with the announcement mentioning something about ?hospice? or some companion care maybe? It was very confusing. Perhaps they do offer more than just cleaning, and if so, I think it would be helpful to separate those phone lines. If it's really just the one service, then maybe the service should be more clearly defined. The name is ambiguous.   <br /> Other than that, the cleaning service was really good, fast, and fairly priced. <br />"
