"He was very knowledgeable on how to fix and troubleshoot issues with the water feature. Also we just mentioned another problem with the door and he went right over and fixed that as well. He is not satisfied until he fixes things completely."

"To begin with they missed the first appointment. Since I live in NJ and commute to Manhattan using public transportation it costs me a vacation day. The office manage was apologetic and rescheduled for a reduced price but a vacation day is much more valuable to me <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The technician arrived promptly and took 2 samples on the soil on either end of the tank. One of the two tested positive on the field screen and he bottled it to be sent to the lab. He discarded the other. After speaking to my daughter who is an environmental engineer she though he should have taken 4 samples at the corners. However since the subsequent laboratory test confirmed the field test it wasn't an issue. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />This company was not on my insurers list for tank removal or remediation but I was given a brochure for  "Flat-rate" Tank Removal & soil clean up". I am including this because the statement of "no extra costs" is misleading and "call to see if you qualify" reveals that they cannot guarantee the flat rate until after your tank is pulled and further soil tests are done. The gentleman on the phone did some quick math and made it sound like it would only cost a few hundred to thousand dollars to ignore the insurance and be able to switch to gas. Firstly he overstated the insurance deductible and secondly there was no guarantee that the remediation would cost the "flat fee". Had I used this service my insurance would have been voided. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />I can say that the test did cause me to be aware of the problem and after my tank was pulled there was contamination. I will write a review on the company that pulled the tank after they complete the remediation process. (I did go with the insurance) <br />"

"It went very well, even though sometimes the team had to work with lots of mud and sometimes, they worked in light rain. They were extremely careful with our inground sprinkling system and they often checked with me about how I liked the progress. After work had been started and they had a better idea of how swampy my yard could get, (thank you Mother Nature for all that extra rain this year), I asked about extending the French drain under the fence and into the front yard. Adam agreed that it would be a good idea and redid his original plan to include that. There were more expenses because of the change but I think the yard needed it and since he had to add supplies and do additional work, I had no problems paying more. <br /> <br />Adam was extremely thoughtful about the design process and the actual work. His team was polite and hardworking. Since a friend recommended Adam's company, I have no idea if the price I paid was the market price because I only talked to Adam about what I wanted. This not usually the way I do things--I get recommendations and ask for bids but my friend raved about the company and I am extremely happy with Adam's work and would hire him again in a heartbeat so I'd say my leap of faith worked out. <br /> <br />My only negative comment would be that I had to wait awhile before they could get to my project but honestly, I think this is actually a compliment because so many people want Adam to do their yards that there's a line for his services!"

"Outstanding - <br /> Carlos Perez the owner understands what customer service is and delivers it quickly and professionally. <br /> Carlos and his helper, which was under training, were extremely fast and answered all my questions. <br /> I was so impressed that I contracted with his company for additional work on a drainage issue I have. <br /> I highly recommend Excellence Irrigation and Mr. Perez for any of the services that they provide. <br />   <br /> <br /> <br />"

FAQs for water feature fountain or waterfall installation projects in Norman, OK

Installing a drinking fountain costs between $500 and $1,000 for indoor models and an average of $3,000 for outdoor units, including installation. The cost depends on the design, materials, and professional labor involved, with service rates ranging from $45 to $200 per hour. Investing in a drinking fountain can enhance your space's functionality and aesthetic appeal.

A water fountain increases home resale value by elevating curb appeal and enhancing overall property aesthetics. A well-cared-for fountain that matches the home’s design and functions flawlessly boosts buyer confidence and market desirability. Routine maintenance and professional installation ensure proper performance, ensuring that your fountain benefits both daily enjoyment and long-term resale value.

Maintaining a fountain costs $25 to $50 per month for basic upkeep and $50 to $150 for professional deep cleaning or servicing. A fountain of any size requires routine draining, thorough cleaning of the pump, tubing, and surface, plus regular inspections for wear, algae, or mineral deposits. Annual maintenance and sealing further extend its lifespan and enhance its appearance.

How much power your water fountain uses depends on the pump’s size and operating schedule. Smaller fountains use less than 10 watts per day, while larger cascade pumps can require up to 1,000 watts. This translates to an average increase of around $25 per month on your electric bill.

Water fountain installation takes anywhere from a few hours to several days. The installation timeline depends on the fountain’s design, site preparation requirements, and the involvement of professional plumbing and electrical services. Prefabricated water features are set up in a few hours, while custom designs require additional structural and aesthetic modifications and take much longer.
