"Before our project started-we had a meeting with owner Joseph DiJiosia who took pictures and had a plan/computer sketch made of proposed work to be done.Joe was very professional by texting, calling, and making several appearances on the job site in a timely manner.Throughout the project he added, changed,or gave suggestions as to best ways to have our project turn out exactly the way we wanted. Proposals were given to estimate cost. Joe was great in the planning stages giving us help in choosing the correct pavers, wall blocks, colors, styles and plant types. He encouraged us to go to supplier to see actual pavers and wall sections which was helpful to us in choosing right colors and style.Once the project started we had absolutely the best crew--Jose, Arturo, and Balmaro. From start to finish they were always on time, very respectful to us, barely took a break and worked non-stop.They cleaned up every day so nothing was laying around or unnecessary dirt in the areas where we needed to walk or drive our cars. It was hard work, but they were very careful and accurate in their measuring and planning in every aspect of the project.They were always available and helpful in answering our questions as the project was in motion. They also gave suggestions as to the best way to do things.My husband and I were very impressed with their workmanship.Actually, I was sad to see them go-every day the project just got better and better and they made it fun to do this project not stressful.We are so pleased with the outcome. We love everything--our retaining wall,lighted front patio including small wall, our edge stone,the plants and tree, and the colored gravel section at retaining wall and carport. "The entire process was well done from start to finish. I booked the job during the winter to ensure I would be an early spring installation. Scott was really easy to work with, very responsive and fully executed the items in our contract. Once the guys got started the whole process was fast. Removed old concrete porch, excavated the area, installed / compacted 5 inches of crushed stone, put a base of polymetric sand and then laid the pavers. They were perfectionists as well using survey equipment to get the right heights and slopes. The patio looks amazing. And the drainage solution Scott and team did has improved my surface water problem tremendously in my yard. Just a fantastic experience! One thing I will advise other homeowners is to understand there are upgrade options for the pavers and they are worth it. So budget in $1-2 extra per square foot from the contract price to ensure you get what you want."
