"Uneek Review My wife & I have lived in the Glenwood Terrace neighborhood of Bridgewater, NJ since 1979. We recently had our driveway, front walkway and front steps completely redone by Uneek. I can say that in 40 years of having lived here, I have never seen any contractor devote the amount of attention to detail & care in their work as John, Robbie & their Uneek team. The quality of their workmanship is amazing. As project manager, John started each morning of the project with a review of where the project stood, what work was to be done that day and what would be accomplished by end of day. He did this while managing multiple projects in the neighborhood. He also spent a great deal of time with us reviewing the scope of the project and its attendant costs. John himself says that he knows his competition and knows that, while he is not the least expensive guy in town, he is also not the most expensive, but in terms of value for dollar spent, he is the best. "I had Hilario do a natural stone wall first with granite stone steps, all with stone material that was naturally available in my yard. He and his team did some excellent work for reasonable pricing. Most other companies don't want to even deal with stones that are already on-site, but I kind of like the idea. The stone wall looks really nice. I then had him also do the asphalt pavement of my new driveway. Outstanding job and also for very good pricing (and yes, I had several competitors bids). Lastly, I had him make me a paver stone area that is partt of a walkway. Also, real good work and it looks very nice. Overall, very professional, honest, reliable, excellent work that is reasonable priced, and the scheduling of the work was also very fast. I highly recommend him."

"We found Goodwood General Construction on Angieâ s list. Our project was relatively large in size. We added a six foot fence and changed our driveway from asphalt to stone pavers. We added a patio in the back. The project also included granite front and side steps, a granite mailbox post and the removal of several trees and bushes, and numerous old brick pavers and stones. The entire site had to be regraded to correct drainage issues on both sides of our house. Henry (The Contractor) was exceptional from the start. He was very calm and helpful during the whole process. He provided our estimate in a timely manner and was right on target for both the start date he promised and completion. The crew was respectful to our property and neighbors. At the end of each day they cleaned the site and left it immaculate. There were no surprises!I enjoyed having the crew here every day and Henry was always open to any adjustments I made along the way. They completed the project on time. I am 58 years old and have owned my home since 1994. I have had multiple contractors work on our home for various projects. This is the first time I actually enjoyed the whole process and was never â bullied for moneyâ . Our project is now complete and every person that walks by our house compliments his work. "As part of the process, they had to move a very large pile of firewood. He moved it and put it back as it was before. He also had to work in an area that was new grass and he left it looking just as it was before the job. It was nicely done and he cleaned up well when finished."
