"When we first called Merry Maids (can't remember how long ago) we made an appointment with a representative who came to our home and informed us of their services.  We asked for service every 3 weeks and he said our home would cost $175 per service.  Each visit includes regular cleaning on two floors plus two stairways.  This includes the master bedroom, 2 1/2 bathrooms, large study/den, living room, dining room and kitchen.  Once area is deep cleaned on each visit.  If we choose we can identify our preference for deep cleaning.  (Some people like to have the kitchen deep cleaned each visit)  
There are two cleaners each visit.  They are not always the same two but our representative responds to our requests and comments.  Merry Maids brings its own products and equipment.  They spend two to three hours each time and when they leave our home looks and smells delightful.
There must be a very strict honesty policy.  Anything (penny, paperclip, bobby pin) that is found in cleaning is picked up and put in a visible place.
We are extremely satisfied.
The cleaners work quickly, and quietly.  They are friendly and pleasant to deal with.
We are always called the day before our service and given a reminder.  We are able to change our appointment date at any time in advance.
