"Dan did a great job. He installed a new storm door and did a great job with the installation. He even did some minor adjustments to the main door which made that door open and close much better. Dan also replaced the weatherstripping on the patio entrance door and the bedroom windows in the main bedroom. Replacing the weather stripping solved my issues and made it unnecessary to replace them, huge money saving. I would highly recommend him for any window or door work that someone needs."

"I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."

"James is responsible, and on time. He showed up at the agreed upon time, and helped me with various issues I had, such as using an electric planer to shave down my doors so they would fit. He also installed a closet rod, and did other miscellaneous things for me, like install door handles, and curtain rod brackets. But, the best thing was that he created a beautiful custom fireplace mantel by hand! James is a creative guy, and has an eye for what looks good. The fireplace mantel looks wonderful and fits my place so well!! He was on time the times I had him at my place, which is really important to me. He also answered my text messages whenever I had a question. He is nice to talk to, and will give advice if you ask him for it. It was a pleasure working with James."
