"We hired KSP after extensive research and multiple quotes, chose them based on reviews. We signed a contact in Sept 2024 expecting to start the pool enclosure in December as agreed upon. It finally started in February. First, their communication is awful, they are not proactive in reaching out, checking in and never showed up to check on the project. I had to contact them multiple times over and over to ask what?s going on, when will workers be back, when are they coming to pick up salvage. . We had to clean up 100% of the mess that was left(screws everywhere on the ground, in the pool, aluminum scrap and shards everywhere because they don?t put anything down when they cut the aluminum). They are very slow in responding to email or don?t respond at all. We had to call to ask when they were coming back during the 4-6 week install. They would come one day and not come back for days. I?m missing my ladder, dent in door, screen sloppy on only the last section and they said it?s normal. "
