We agreed on it and he walked me through every step and stayed real close in contact with me before and during the process. "We’d hired a contractor to install 1200 sq. ft. of flooring in November. We needed the work to be completed by December 3rd. Our contractor wasn’t able to start our project until the Monday of Thanksgiving week, so I flew to Sarasota a week earlier and tore out the existing flooring to expedite the work in our condo. Work hadn’t begun by our scheduled start date and our contractor informed us he wouldn’t be able to complete the work in our agreed upon time frame. So we opted to look for a different contractor. Unfortunately we didn't get the names of the other two men who came to install flooring in our home office. They were equally incredible. "Andrew was awesome. The job ended up to be more than we anticipated, but he stuck with it and made sure floors were free of mold. Had to fix the josts replace floor base before actually reinstalling the flooring. Washed much of the flooring to ensure no mold was present. Ran a dehumidifier to dry wood out as much as possible. Reinstalled the flooring & you would never know there had been a problem. I would recommend Andrew to anyone including my family & close friends. He has been doing this type of work for over 20 yrs, so is a wealth of knowledge & willing shared so I understood exactly what the issues were. Cleaned up ever bit of the house & carport where he worked. He truly was amazing! So Blessed I hired him. Glad to know there are still such hard workers in these times when many try to rip you off with poor quality work at astronomical prices."

He leveled the floor in my mobile home then returned to relay the carpet. "Went beyond my expectation to repair my cypress fence and add a partial new panel. My fence was leaning and about to fall due to a palm tree pushing on it. Other contractors wanted to remove palm, or brace from my neighbors yard or just told me to save my money and get a new fence which was thousands of dollars. The other contractors made it sound impossible unless I would let them do more work than necessary. Luxury paint came in, never hesitated to fix the problem at a reasonable cost. The fence was straightened, three new posts, landscape timber at bottom and they made V around the palm with my neighbor's permission. It looks great, is secure for my dog and they cleaned all debris. You would not know workers were here. I highly recommend them."
