"This the way your technician left my heating system , broken my thermostat . You charged me $800 and plus to clean the boiler you don't even clean the area . What kind of the company are you? Instead of resolving problems, you brought more problems. naturally it is the way you treat your customers or it's me you treat like that? "would not recommend this company. After they cleaned my AC, the technician seemed visibly panicked, and shortly after he left, my AC completely stopped working. I contacted the company right away. They said they would reach out to the technician, but no one has followed up. I also tried contacting the technician myself with no response. It has now been two days without AC and no communication from the company. Extremely disappointing service and lack of accountability."
