We would highly recommend North Creek Roofing for roof repair and roofing projects. Dan McNeely, the owner, has integrity and treats his customers very respectfully and ethically, as did all the NCR employees during our recent roof replacement. NCR has installed two roofs on our house. The first roof installation was in January 2010, replacing the existing roof with a composition roof with a 30-year warranty. Sadly, that roof developed some leaking issues late in December 2020. We called NCR and a repair team was quickly sent to our home the same day. The roof leak was repaired, but the repair team also took some pictures of our roof back to the office. We were quickly contacted by John, the Production Manager. It seemed our particular composition shingles could possibly have some manufacturing defects. We were sent a warranty claim form to fill out, for a complete roof replacement. Some of our shingles were also removed for testing. We were soon involved in a warranty claim against the company which manufactured the shingles on our roof. NCR followed our warranty claim from start to finish. This relieved us of the stress of filing a warranty claim against the manufacturer ourselves. In the end, we were presented with a fair warranty claim settlement. The NCR roofing crew did a fantastic job installing a new roof last month. The project went smoothly from start to finish .The old roof was completely replaced, including the plywood sheeting and venting system. The roofing crew worked as an efficient team to quickly remove and replace the roof. They were very polite, professional, and thoroughly cleaned up around the work-site each day. The new roof looks fantastic. We have every confidence that this roof will dependably protect our home from rain, snow, ice, and wind for many years to come."

"Fantastic service even for small jobs. Our water heater started leaking during a trip and when we got home we had it removed from the house and reinstalled in the garage. Part of that installation required a roofing company to appropriately exhaust the water heater through the garage roof. Elite roofing made our small job a priority and did a fantastic job with the install. It was a pleasure working with Travis and Courtney to get everything signed and scheduled. "Mr. Ramos and his crew did a great job replacing our rambler's roof. From the initial estimate to the final stage, he was communicative, punctuate and the result was beautiful. The quote was extremely reasonable as well, and he was there personally for the whole installation to ensure everything gets done right. Our front patio is prone to cracks and he also made arrangements with the delivery company to make sure no risk or damage is done. "Oh, The Joys Of Home Ownership We purchased our home in 2014 and since then there have been a series of things demanding our attention. This last winter (2016-2017) there were torrential downpours which brought with them two small roof leaks. So when we received an offer from Angie’s List for a new roof from Premier Construction Services, we decided to pursue it. Mike emailed me the next day to make arrangements to come out and take a look at the roof and discuss the project. Right away I could tell he was very passionate about his work and that it was important we thoroughly understood the different materials and techniques used to properly install a roof. He gave us several options at various price levels so that we could decide what would work best for us. We went with the TruDefinition Duration Shingles that come with the Total Protection roofing system by Owens Corning. Since we are on Social Security, this investment stretched our budget to the max. We are thoroughly impressed with Mike and his team, their professionalism and commitment to satisfaction. Now that the job is completed, we are very glad we listened to Mike and took his expert advice. Mike and his crew finished the job (32 squares) in 3 days including tear-off and didn’t cut any corners; replacing all the flashing, ridge and roof vents. During the entire process you could tell that it was extremely important to Mike that we were completely satisfied with the work and was delighted to answer any questions or concerns we had. "I have a flat roof, so it had to be a torch-down, and I just couldn't get an ordinary roofer. So, I knew it would entail a lot. They were out here and gave me a bid, and they could do what I wanted, and for the lowest price. They came out and did three-fourths of it, and then they put all the edging around the outside of the roof. I had a problem about six months later, and it would howl when the wind blew. I called them and they were out the same day, and they knew what to do. They were just on their game. I thought that they would charge a lot of money because they had a full-page advertisement in the phone book, but they were the lowest."
