"Pinnacle Roofing provided an extraordinary experience exceeding all of our expectations. After watching hours and hours of roofing and solar installation videos and studying other peoples' systems, both our roofing and solar are more meticulously installed than any other roof or solar install I've seen anywhere. It really is beautiful. We unfortunately discovered a lot of rotten wood (trusses) under our roof during the process which added considerably to our project costs. Even with the enormity of added work involved, given how competitive Pinnacle's quotes were to begin with, we were still able to finish the project under the cost of some of our other bids and they still hit our schedule deadlines. "Tekline installed a new TPO roof on an older outbuilding structure that we converted into a fully renovated studio space. They were wonderful to work with. Chris, my main point person, helped me creatively navigate a few challenges related to how to meet the R-value insulation requirements which was really beyond the roofing job they were hired to do. "Back in December, we had a different Roofer come by the neighborhood offering free estimates. They found several leaks in our attic space and initially quoted us for 19k on a 3,000 sq foot home. I told them I wanted to get competing bids, and eventually lowered the estimate to 11k, but they wanted us to enter a contract immediately and use lower durability materials. That whole experience turned me off, so I looked for different contractors. Enter North Creek Roofing. I gave a call, and got a hold of Evan R. who came over for an estimate. Evan is great, you can tell he's a veteran. He didn't try to up sale us. We ended up going with North Creek Roofing because it was one of the most competitive bids, and they came recommended by my brother who went with them for a different job. Overall their performance exceeded expectations. They initially said construction would begin January 24th, but construction got pushed back a bit to the 27th, due to a spat of bad weather earlier in the month. They told us the job would take 2-3 days, and they finished in 2. We went with an onyx black shingle, and they even painted our vents to match the roof. Overall, we're very happy. TLDR -- North Creek Roofing has experienced, honest, roofers who want to do a good job, without squeezing you for every cent. You can always get a cheaper bid, but at a certain point you get what you pay for."

"Fantastic service even for small jobs. Our water heater started leaking during a trip and when we got home we had it removed from the house and reinstalled in the garage. Part of that installation required a roofing company to appropriately exhaust the water heater through the garage roof. Elite roofing made our small job a priority and did a fantastic job with the install. It was a pleasure working with Travis and Courtney to get everything signed and scheduled. "Mr. Ramos and his crew did a great job replacing our rambler's roof. From the initial estimate to the final stage, he was communicative, punctuate and the result was beautiful. The quote was extremely reasonable as well, and he was there personally for the whole installation to ensure everything gets done right. Our front patio is prone to cracks and he also made arrangements with the delivery company to make sure no risk or damage is done. He also pointed out we need to install additional ventilation to ensure roof life and we trust that he will do a great job on this as well."

"Oh, The Joys Of Home Ownership We purchased our home in 2014 and since then there have been a series of things demanding our attention. This last winter (2016-2017) there were torrential downpours which brought with them two small roof leaks. So when we received an offer from Angie’s List for a new roof from Premier Construction Services, we decided to pursue it. Mike emailed me the next day to make arrangements to come out and take a look at the roof and discuss the project. Right away I could tell he was very passionate about his work and that it was important we thoroughly understood the different materials and techniques used to properly install a roof. He gave us several options at various price levels so that we could decide what would work best for us. We went with the TruDefinition Duration Shingles that come with the Total Protection roofing system by Owens Corning. Since we are on Social Security, this investment stretched our budget to the max. We are thoroughly impressed with Mike and his team, their professionalism and commitment to satisfaction. Now that the job is completed, we are very glad we listened to Mike and took his expert advice. Mike and his crew finished the job (32 squares) in 3 days including tear-off and didn’t cut any corners; replacing all the flashing, ridge and roof vents. During the entire process you could tell that it was extremely important to Mike that we were completely satisfied with the work and was delighted to answer any questions or concerns we had. "I have a flat roof, so it had to be a torch-down, and I just couldn't get an ordinary roofer. So, I knew it would entail a lot. They were out here and gave me a bid, and they could do what I wanted, and for the lowest price. They came out and did three-fourths of it, and then they put all the edging around the outside of the roof. I had a problem about six months later, and it would howl when the wind blew. I called them and they were out the same day, and they knew what to do. They were just on their game. I thought that they would charge a lot of money because they had a full-page advertisement in the phone book, but they were the lowest."
