"My job was to remove two oversize items from my house and drop at the dump as part of a move (a badly damaged sofa and an oversize window shade). C.J. and Eric kept me informed as to their arrival time, arrived on time, were extremely courteous and friendly, removed the items without causing damage or disruption to my house, alerted me to a broken cell phone in the sofa, put up with my barking dog, and completed the job in less than twenty minutes. They did not exceed the estimate. A very positive experience for me. Will use them again."

Each day, he thoroughly cleaned up after work was completed and he made sure all exposed soils were stabilized and covered. He also always used plywood and tarps to protect our driveway and property, so that none of our premises were damaged in any way. "These movers did an excellent job--they were careful, attentive, fast, and efficient. They communicated well about when they would arrive and came exactly on time. I gave them a tour of what I wanted, and from then on I didn't interact with them much--I was working on packing more items, and expected that they would ask me if they had questions, but they had very few. They planned their organization themselves, and I noticed that they went not room-by-room, but in order of what fit best. In the end they had followed my instructions carefully without very much further input from me.
At the new house things went just as smoothly. They put everything where I'd labeled it, and if they had a question they asked, or else made an educated (usually correct) guess.
My only complaint was that towards the end of the loading venture, they began to get short on room in the truck, so not quite everything fit, and I would have liked the movers to consult with me about which items should be prioritized. I might have made one or two different trade-offs, given the option. But overall I was impressed with their diligence, care, and flexibility.
