"Very happy with this service!  The reservation was easy to make, and the drivers (Remy and Ethan) kept me notified about their expected arrival time.  They arrived well within the designated time slot, actually a little earlier than they'd first thought.  They hauled out my old freezer, took payment and off they went.  The whole process took maybe 15-20 minutes.  The service wasn't cheap ($99), but SO nice to have the job done.  The drivers were great - courteous and very quick.  I would happily use 1-800-GOT-JUNK again."

"AACE Hauling promptly dropped off the dumpster at the time they said they would and put it exactly where I wanted it. When they dropped it off I asked for the driver to make a note to pick it up on a certain day. That must have gotten lost because they didn't show up on that day. I called them and they were out the next day, so it wasn't a big deal. It was painless and they pulled out some metals from my load for recycling, which was nice. Will call them again for future projects."

"Aside from fair cost of their services, I feel I should commend Walters on their customer service as well. They've been providing us refuse removal since they took over Red Arrow a short while back. Our property recently under went a large project which displaced our dumpster for roughly a month. I had to call the office several times concerning the temporary placement of the dumpster and the new permanent placement of the dumpster in addition to a few other logistical details. "I called Super Bee a few times to ask questions and they were always very responsive.  If they didn't answer they called back very quickly.  I found their pricing for dumpster rental and mattress disposal along with their dumpster options to be the best of the 5 dumpster rental companies I checked with.  I was able to schedule the dumpster for the day I wanted it and it showed within the window of time they had given me.  The gentleman who delivered the dumpster was very cordial and took great care to ensure the dumpster was placed where I wanted it and that no damage occurred to my driveway.  I was done with the dumpster within a matter of days and they picked it up within a day of my call.  The only problem I had with Super Bee is the person who came to pick up the dumpster was not very cordial at all.  I came out to say hello and thank him for the service but he was not interested at all in speaking to me.  He wouldn't even acknowledge me.  I asked him a question and he just responded with a one word answer, got in the truck and drove away.  That left a bad taste in my mouth and is why I didn't give them a high rating for professionalism.  Other than my experience with the last driver my experience was very good. <br />"
