I asked the billing person to double check the final invoice and/or at least explain it to me over the span of many weeks, which they flat out refused to do. The invoice ultimately got sorted out and this person claimed it was a mistake, but the fact they spent weeks refusing to double check that the invoice matched the work completed is very frustrating. Especially when it was such a large mistake. If you hire this company make sure they don't try to charge you more than you are supposed to pay!"

Once underway, the project installation proceeded quickly. Installers were skilled, agreeable and proceeded in an efficient manner. The final results exceeded expectations. As window replacement is a major investment and expense for any homeowner, getting that all important comfort level from the contractor you’ve chosen is critical.
