For example, he showed us where water was pooling and how it needed to be diverted away from the patio, which he did for no extra cost! He showed up every day, all day, until the tasks were done and beyond perfect. You can’t believe the time, effort, and care he puts into these projects. "The project was twofold. The sunroom needed three new sliders after damage from frozen pipes. Harold’s men installed the doors but made a mess of the casing on all three. Unevenly matched etc. Harold attempted to fix it. The second project was two remove clapboards on back of house and replace with shingling. He also suggested that the kitchen casement window needed replacing. We paid $1042.00 for the window. He never came back. We waited 6 months and I contacted him. He assured me he would have the window installed. He was a no show. I’ve made several attempts to get him to finish the job. We went through a cold winter and he had left the shingling open around the kitchen window. He also never installed the outside light on the back of the house after removing it for work. I fired him and yet he tells me he doesn’t have the money. I am short of going to small claims court. People beware!"
