"Mr. Mike is truly an honest and very admirable handy man. He is true to his word and explains to you everything he is doing on your home remodel project. He listens to you about everything you want in your remodel plans. I was very nervous to find someone to help me redo my front main bathroom again after the first contractor never showed back up to finish the job. Mr. Mike showed up on time. He looked at my floor and looked at my bathroom. He immediately knew I had a water leak. The tile grout was all cracking on the bathroom floor and the bathroom had a terrible smell like old wet rotted wood. Mr. Mike gutted the bathroom again told me there was no rubber liner used for the shower and I had black mold. I was so upset, but Mr. Mike was so nice and calm which made me feel better. He basically rebuilt my entire bathroom. It only took him 5 days. He also found electrical wires by my water lines!! I am over the moon happy about my new bathroom and beautiful floors throughout my whole house. He also installed new interior doors. I loved the guys work and honesty so much that I redid another bathroom in my back bedroom. Mr. Mike is a handy man keeper!"

From the initial consultation wherein we discussed and finalized an overall design/construction plan to the final execution, Derek and his team came every morning and worked all day until the project was complete. I would hire them again in an instant!"

"I needed a repair done to my home and they were able to accommodate my request quickly. I asked the tech upon his arrival how long the job would take, and was told "Oh, this is easy. 15 minutes tops." This turned into a 2-visit repair because it wasn't done properly the first time. The office was quick to rectify the situation, but was not done correctly the first time, and that is why I can't give 5 stars."

"Exceptional! Jeff came to look.at the problem w my generator and in the process of diagnosing it, found the problem did not require the extensive fix proposed by another electrician. He fixed it, saving me hundreds. The other "fix" would have ended up w the exact same work done, only replacing more that frankly didn't need replacing. "Aaron and his team did a great job. Were very friendly and easy to work with.   I obtained three quotes for the work and they were the lowest.  They worked well with mostly suggestive plans as the work changed as the project came together.  Only down side was that costs (as is typical), were high when there were change orders.  I know they didn't think so, but I felt some of the costs of the changes were high, but the quality of the work was very good.  Our house is a historic one in downtown Charleston and was anything but easy to work on.  Aaron (the owner) did work with me on price to try and keep the costs minimized..,   I would use Aaron again and would gladly recommend him for repair and deck work. <br />"

"I reached out to multiple fence companies and Charleston Creative Fence was by far the most responsive and easiest to communicate with. The request started as a fence repair request with the thought in the back of my mine that I would like a nicer looking fence. Greg came out during the time that we agreed upon and spent a great deal of time going through the options for both the repair and the replacement. We were concerned with the cost of the replacement but after going through the pictures of fences that Greg and team had completed and discussing the kinds of materials that were going to be used, we decided that it was worth that additional cost to get a fence that not only be beautiful but also be able to withstand the elements. Once we had agreed on a design Greg and team started the project the next day. There was no rushing the process at all. They gave plenty of time the concrete to cure as well as spending a considerable amount of effort on making sure that lines were kept straight, and boards/posts were level. Throughout the entire process if a decision point came up Greg would knock on the door and ask what we preferred while offering his suggestions based on his experience. We had one issues that was outside of Greg’s control that delayed the gate completion by about 2 weeks. It did not cause a problem, instead Greg just offered to come back one I let him know that the obstacle had been removed and he would finish the gate build. In the end we have a beautiful, well built fence that is exactly what we didn’t know that we wanted. Greg made this comment when we started, and I didn’t think it was possible, but the beauty of the fence truly transformed our backyard."

"Excellent. The Driver, Roberto was very punctual. Whenever he gave me a time of when he would be coming to either pickup the car or deliver the car, he was very punctual almost to the minute. Roberto did an excellent job. I couldn't be happier. I felt my "baby" was in good hands and he was very professional and responsible about the whole thing. I also liked that he gave me updates along the way."
