They did some interior drywall repair around a shower and a tub and replaced 2 transom windows, as well. In addition, they replaced some interior trim and did some paint touch up. "Mr. Barney was booked up and wanted to fit me in sometime next week but told him that my grandmother had passed away and I would be out of town so we can plan for the following week but Mr. Barney said no he would fit me in this week and came and did the great job that he did on Saturday.. That really touched my heart.. When he got here he took down and replaced the microwave in no time, then onto my closet, he was able to reuse the rack that had fell initially and he made sure that everything I needed to replace the rack he had with him so I wouldn't have to get anything. He put the rack up made sure it was anchored into the studs this time and fixed all the holes in the wall that the other rack had caused. Also upon coming into the door in the kitchen through the garage he noticed my door frame was loose and needed to be fixed he repaired this for me at no extra charge.. "Aaron and his team did a great job. Were very friendly and easy to work with.   I obtained three quotes for the work and they were the lowest.  They worked well with mostly suggestive plans as the work changed as the project came together.  Only down side was that costs (as is typical), were high when there were change orders.  I know they didn't think so, but I felt some of the costs of the changes were high, but the quality of the work was very good.  Our house is a historic one in downtown Charleston and was anything but easy to work on.  Aaron (the owner) did work with me on price to try and keep the costs minimized..,   I would use Aaron again and would gladly recommend him for repair and deck work. <br />"

"I reached out to multiple fence companies and Charleston Creative Fence was by far the most responsive and easiest to communicate with. The request started as a fence repair request with the thought in the back of my mine that I would like a nicer looking fence. Greg came out during the time that we agreed upon and spent a great deal of time going through the options for both the repair and the replacement. We were concerned with the cost of the replacement but after going through the pictures of fences that Greg and team had completed and discussing the kinds of materials that were going to be used, we decided that it was worth that additional cost to get a fence that not only be beautiful but also be able to withstand the elements. Once we had agreed on a design Greg and team started the project the next day. There was no rushing the process at all. They gave plenty of time the concrete to cure as well as spending a considerable amount of effort on making sure that lines were kept straight, and boards/posts were level. Throughout the entire process if a decision point came up Greg would knock on the door and ask what we preferred while offering his suggestions based on his experience. We had one issues that was outside of Greg’s control that delayed the gate completion by about 2 weeks. It did not cause a problem, instead Greg just offered to come back one I let him know that the obstacle had been removed and he would finish the gate build. In the end we have a beautiful, well built fence that is exactly what we didn’t know that we wanted. Greg made this comment when we started, and I didn’t think it was possible, but the beauty of the fence truly transformed our backyard."

"I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."
