"I was a regular customer with EBL. Edgar was very kind and fair in my past dealings with him. However, this time was different. I scheduled a date to have spring cleaning right before Easter as I was having a large gathering and wanted the yard to look professionally done. When the scheduled date came nobody showed. Called Edgar who informed me they were working other jobs and could not do mine. He said sorry, but in other words ?tough luck? Regret giving him a glowing review in the past. One of the key differences that they provided was landscape expertise and helped to transplant well established plants to a new area in our yard.
