"He was able to get the whole 2nd floor completed in a short time constraint. Clean and ductless. Workers were courteous. They were also able to replace an additional board on short notice after the 2nd floor was finished. Floors look fantastic!!"

"I had Bob and his crew install a tile floor and a glass subway tile backsplash in my kitchen and dining room. Bob is very friendly and professional. He did an excellent job and takes pride in his work. I will be having him come back to replace the carpet in my family room as well. If you are looking for someone to do any type of flooring work I can assure you Bob will do an excellent job at a more than fair price."

"Quentin refinished three rooms in my home, presenting exemplary skills by his attention to detail as well as the quality of product produced(shown in pictures below). He made the process easy executing the job in a quick and very cleanly fashion, and was very upfront and personable with answering any questions or concerns I had in a very polite manner. I’d certainly recommend this company for anyone thinking of getting their floors refinished as well as installed!"

"Excellent. They had special crews for each stage of the project. When sanding the floors, they masked all the areas to prevent dust getting on the walls and other counter areas .They used special vacuums that had Hepa filter dust bags. They applied 3 coats to the floor in a timely manner making sure each coat was completely dry. The floors look great. I would definitely recommend N.E.Floors."

"We had our hardwood floors in our home restored by Design Wood Floors this month. Our home is a 1910 Craftsman with a mix of original southern pine floors and relatively newer (20 year old) oak hardwood planking. All of the flooring was in dire need of refinishing. John and his crew did an amazing job restoring and refinishing our flooring. The attention to detail was impressive, and they even tackled things we didn't expect, like attaching some of our molding that had come unglued (in the past) back to our walls. We felt completely comfortable entrusting all of the details to Design Wood Floors and simply went on vacation, returning a week later to the hardwood floors of our dreams. We highly recommend Design Wood Floors!"

"Ryan did an excellent job installing my wood floor. He did a flawless job fingering in the new wood with the old wood. Work hard continually throughout the day. I appreciated getting the job completed in a few days I would definitely hire Romas again"

"Ricardo has refinished my antique flooring in my home, he is installed LVP in another home I own, and didn’t my daughter‘s home, he has installed wood floors in our business in Hyannis, and he has refinished a whole house floor at my other daughter’s home and installed new oak flooring to replace carpets to match the existing oak floors. "We bought floor tile from Home Depot but the installation company they use would not install the tile because of heating vents that had to be removed first. We removed the vents and sent pictures to the installer, but they still would not do the installation. Erick from Floor Coverings International called me and and came to my house that night to look at the floor. He said he had no problem with the vents and would be able to have someone install the tile the next day. They did an excellent job."

"Oh, boy--Erick (and Tom, his guy) have done work for me on my 100-yr. old home, for over a decade! First job -- Erick alone--built a gorgeous deck...neighbors couldn't stay away. ...still getting compliments. Last two big jobs-- redid garage and installed electric doors, and custom tiled a bath everyone else wanted to "demo". . In-between took care of several other problems as they came up. Ask them for my phone number and I will tell you more. Absolutely nobody compares in terms of ease of communication, (and creativity) so you actually get what you want, or better."
