Prior to hiring, without obligation, he applied a temporary patch to prevent any additional damage. After evaluating several quotes, I hired Byam Construction. As scheduled, his worker showed up on time and completed the work in a professional manor. It has been several months and the repair survived the winter and I expect it will survive many more. Roger was not the lowest estimate. However, he was one of few to conduct business professionally. The quality of work and conduct of his employees reflects this. Other companies provided verbal quotes without even going on the roof or into the attic to evaluate the damage. I highly recommend Byam Construction and would hire them again without hesitation."
