They asked that they be allowed to take out all the screens( metal ones) on the gutters, I just felt I should have had some time to research this before I it was done. I was busy and just need the gutters cleaned ,so I gave a go ahead. Now I don't know what to expect in the coming months. Should I get new screens or no screens at all..I think it would have been helpful if they had give some recommendation about the next step for the gutters upkeep.."

"Came out to do an estimate, and didn't provide it to me for many days or contact me, despite multiple phone calls I made and messages left. While I understand they were swamped with demand due to a snowstorm, I was led to believe they would be more responsive - and the responsibility lands with them to set expectations with me on turnaround time. In the end, they did repair our gutters in about 10 minutes, and I can't complain - it was fast, albeit very expensive. If I can find an alternative, I wouldn't hire them again."
